Tiket ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Tiket platform ("Platform").

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password.

Profile Information If you set up an organizer profile, we may collect additional information such as your organisation name, event history, and payout bank account details.

Payment Information We collect transaction details (amount, date, ticket type) to process payments and issue payouts. We do not store raw card numbers — payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

Usage Data We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Platform — including pages visited, ticket searches, device type, browser, IP address, and referral source.

Event & Ticket Data Information about events you create or attend, including check-in timestamps and ticket status.

Communications If you contact our support team, we retain records of those communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Create and manage your account - Process ticket purchases and organizer payouts - Send you tickets, receipts, and booking confirmations - Personalise your event discovery experience - Send relevant notifications about events you've bookmarked or purchased tickets for - Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse - Improve and develop the Platform - Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

With Organizers When you purchase a ticket, the event organizer receives your name, email, and ticket details for check-in and event management purposes.

With Service Providers We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Platform — including payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

For Legal Compliance We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tiket or others.

Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.

We do not share your data with advertisers or sell it to data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years).

6. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard measures including:

- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit - Encrypted storage for sensitive account data - Access controls limiting who can view personal data internally - Regular security reviews and vulnerability testing

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

Deletion — You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that some data may be retained for legal or financial compliance reasons.
