✦ Transparent Pricing
We simplified our pricing so organizers can predict exactly what they keep and buyers pay nothing extra to us at checkout.
Tiket charges buyers nothing. You pay the ticket price, plus Paystack's standard payment processing fee handled directly by Paystack at checkout.
Example
₦4,000 ticket → you pay ₦4,000 + Paystack fee · no Tiket platform charge added
A fixed ₦100 is deducted per ticket sold at payout regardless of ticket price. No percentages, no tiers, no monthly subscription required.
Example
Sell 100 tickets at ₦4,000 each → Tiket's total fee: ₦10,000 · you keep ₦390,000
How we compare
Is there a fee for buyers at checkout?
No. Tiket no longer charges buyers a platform fee at checkout. Buyers pay the ticket price plus Paystack's standard payment processing fee that's it.
What is the organizer fee?
Tiket deducts a flat ₦100 for every ticket sold, regardless of ticket price. If you sell 100 tickets, Tiket's total fee is simply ₦10,000. No percentages, no surprises.
What is the Paystack fee and who pays it?
Paystack's payment processing fee is charged directly to the buyer at the point of payment. It is calculated by Paystack and is separate from Tiket's flat organizer fee.
Are free events charged?
No. Free ticket transactions (₦0 tickets) are completely free for both buyers and organizers. Tiket's ₦100 fee only applies to paid ticket sales.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. Tiket's only charge is ₦100 per paid ticket sold, deducted from your payout. No setup fees, no monthly charges, no percentage taken from your revenue.
When is the ₦100 fee deducted?
It is deducted from each ticket sale at the time of payout. You can see the exact breakdown in your payout tracking dashboard before and after your event.
You only pay when you sell. Create your first event for free and get paid within days of your event.
